New Delhi, 20 April: Witnessing the rising infection of coronavirus across the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the nation said that we should not lose patience even in the most difficult circumstances. It is our endeavour to save lives as well as livelihoods at least.

It is worth mentioning that the number of active cases of corona virus in the country has crossed the 20 lakh mark. The infectivity of Covid-19 in the second wave can be gauged from the fact that active cases have almost doubled in the last 10 days.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his address to the nation on Tuesday that tomorrow is โ€˜Ram Navamiโ€™ and the message of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram is that we should follow the norms. In this crisis of Corona, please follow all the measures to avoid corona, and follow them 100 percent.

In his address, the Prime Minister specifically mentioned young friends. He said that I want to say one thing specifically to my young friends. My young friend, create such an atmosphere at home that people without work, without reason, do not leave the house. Your stubbornness can bring huge results.

At the same time, urging the youth, the Prime Minister said that I request young colleagues to help in making small committees in their society, in the locality and in the apartments, to help them follow the Covid discipline. If we do this then governments will not need to create a containment zones, neither impose curfew nor lockdown.

In this time of crisis, more and more people should come forward and help the needy. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said this in his address to the nation. He asked the states to use lockdown as the last option.
