July 20, Lucknow: Basic Education Minister Satish Dwivedi has taken a dig at some political parties and media institutions in the recruitment of 69 thousand assistant teachers.

He said that some political parties and media organizations are playing with their future by misleading the youth and have taken the contract of getting jobs illegally. These people have collected donations from youth in the same name and are trying to defame the government. This conspiracy will not be allowed to succeed under any circumstances.

He said these things in a conversation with reporters today. He said that the service conditions of each recruitment are different. The rules under which applications are sought before recruitment in any department can be changed neither during the recruitment process nor after the completion of the recruitment process. On this basis, adjustment in 23 thousand posts in 69 thousand teacher recruitment cannot be done legally.

He said that 31,228 candidates have been recruited in a fair and transparent manner against 18,598 posts earmarked for OBCs. In this, OBC and SC candidates have been selected more than the prescribed reservation.

He pointed out that 12,630 backward class candidates have been selected on the basis of their efficiency in the unreserved category, but some people are giving dharna for illegal work by deceiving the youth to run their shop. Any amendment or change in the recruitment process is not legally possible. Knowing these facts, some mischievous elements and parties are playing with the future of the candidates just to bake their political bread.

“During the last four and a half years, the government has done recruitments only on the basis of merit in a transparent and fair manner. It will be so in future also,” he added.

Job will be given in a fair and transparent manner

He said that the government is sensitive in the entire matter. He has appealed to the candidates of 69,000 assistant teachers’ recruitment to go home and study. Apply as soon as the next advertisement for the job comes in the department. They will be given jobs on the basis of merit in a fair and transparent manner. He said that four and a half lakh youth have been given jobs under Mission Rozgar in the state.

While he said without naming a national party that his chief had recently come here for political tourism and youths from Rajasthan had to come here seeking jobs. What kind of politics is this? They should answer.
