Attachment warrant issued against 3 people including manager of actor Sonakshi Sinha

Moradabad , 07 February: The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I of Moradabad on Wednesday issued attachment orders against film actress Sonakshi Sinha’s manager Malvika Punjabi, Dhomil Thakkar and ad girl Shakaria.

The case against all of them for committing fraud by taking lakhs of rupees in the name of Sonakshi Sinha is pending in the court. At the same time, in this case, film actress Sonakshi Sinha has got arrest stay till 28th February from the High Court. Pramod Sharma, resident of Shivpuri Colony of Katghar police station of Moradabad, is the event manager.

He had asked Sonakshi Sinha for time for a program. This program was to be held in Delhi on 30 September 2018, but at the last moment Sonakshi Sinha and her advisor refused to come, even though they had taken their entire fees from Pramod Sharma.

In this case, a case was registered against five people including Sonakshi Sinha in the police station on 22 February 2019 on charges of fraud and embezzlement.

This case is being heard in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate I. PK Goswami, advocate of the plaintiff in the case, Pramod Sharma, said that in the investigation, all these accused have been found guilty, hence, apart from Sonakshi Sinha, the court today took action of 82 against three accused Malvika Punjabi, Ad Girl Shakaria and Dhumil Thakkar.

Attachment orders have been given whereas in the past, non-bailable warrants have been issued against these accused. 

The court of ACJM I Sachin Dixit today took action of 82 against 3 accused Malvika Punjabi, ad girl Shakaria and Dhumil Thakkar and made attachment. The next hearing in this case will be on February 28
