PM Modi to visit Varanasi in 3rd week of Feb, to launch projects worth crore

Varanasi, 07 February: Prime Minister Narendra Modi may come to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in the third week of February. The Prime Minister’s Office has proposed the dates of 19 and 22 February for his arrival in Kashi. On receiving indications of the possible arrival of the Prime Minister, the district administration and BJP Kashi region have started preparations on war footing.

During his two-day stay in Kashi, the Prime Minister will inaugurate more than 20 projects along with the inauguration of the Amul plant. Preparations are underway to inaugurate projects worth approximately Rs five thousand crores.

The officers have almost completed the preparations for the inauguration and foundation stone laying of many projects including Sampurnanand Sports Stadium, Amul Plant, Sarnath Beautification at Sigra. It is believed that during his stay in Kashi, the Prime Minister may also visit Sirgovardhanpur, the birthplace of Saint Ravidas. Along with unveiling the statue of Saint Shiromani from the birthplace, the Prime Minister can also inaugurate the project of development and beautification of the temple for the people.

According to the officials of BJP Kashi region, the Prime Minister can also hold a meeting with the officials of the party organization. During his stay in Kashi, the Prime Minister will also address a huge public meeting. Preparations are going on for this. Plans are being decided on the basis of the programs proposed by Prime Minister Modi.
