14 COVID-19 suspects discharged from hospital in Gurugram

Gurugram, March 21: Amid COVID-19 scare, a positive news that comes a pace that 14 suspected patients of Chinese virus, popularly known as novel corona virus pandemic, came from abroad have been cured in Gurugram. They have been discharged from the hospital on Friday.

Well, these days, hearing the word โ€˜Positiveโ€ fills the mind with fear because the corona virus has terrorized everyone when any person report comes positive

All these patients who came from abroad were admitted to the Isolation Ward at Medanta Medicity in Gurugram.

After the recovery of these patients, the Gurugram administration, health department has breathed a sigh of relief.

This is the result of the hard work of private and government staff, said CMO JS Poonia.

He said that district Gurugram has been divided into four zones to investigate the patients suspected of Corona virus infection and to clear the misconceptions of people about it.

Poonia informed that eight teams of Health Department have been deployed in these four zones. These teams will be sent to places where residents are suspicious about those who have come from abroad and are suspected COVID-19 patient.

This team will investigate the suspected patients of Corona and collect the samples as per the need on receiving phone calls or information to clear the misconceptions of the people. If sample collection is not required, then the person concerned will be explained that he or she should be a home quarantine, apprised CMO.

Close watch on maids in Tigra village

Poonia said that the village Tigra has a very large cluster of maids working at home. They are constantly being screened by the Health Department team.
