UPSC declares Civil Services Exam result, Lucknow’s Aditya Srivastava, an IITian, secures top rank

New Delhi, April 16: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of Civil Services Examination 2023 on Tuesday.

This year, Aditya Srivastava has topped. Animesh Pradhan is in second place and Donuru Ananya Reddy is in third place. PK Siddharth Ramkumar is at fourth place and Ruhani is at fifth place.

UPSC has recommended a total of 1016 candidates for appointment. Of these, 347 general category candidates, 115 EWS category candidates, 303 OBC, 165 SC and 86 ST candidates have been nominated. The roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified the exam have been released by UPSC.

The candidature of 355 recommended candidates has been kept provisional.

UPSC topper Aditya Srivastava is an IIT Kanpur alumni and currently undergoing training at Hyderabad Police Academy for IPS. His father is an assistant auditor officer at Controller and Auditor General.
