UP: Yogi cabinet clears 6 projects, thanks PM Modi

Lucknow, May 17: The Yogi cabinet of Uttar Pradesh passed six major proposals on Tuesday. During the meeting, the cabinet also expressed its gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A cabinet meeting was held in the capital today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. During this, by breaking the protocol, Prime Minister Modi expressed his gratitude to the ministers of the state government for addressing them. In fact, for the first time on Monday evening, Prime Minister Modi spoke with all the ministers of UP.

Yogi cabinet passed six major projects in today’s meeting.

A spokesman of the state government said that the cabinet passed two plans related to industrial development. Apart from this, the proposal of Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Bundelkhand Expressway being built in the state has also been approved.

He further said, along with this, a resolution was also passed on the amendment bill related to the Department of Secondary Education. A resolution related to the same medical education was also passed. The meeting also discussed about the upcoming assembly session. Significantly, the budget session of the 18th Vidhan Sabha is starting from May 23.
