UP: UP to witness coldest winters with possibility of no rain

Gorakhpur, November 17: Due to westerly winds, the cold in the atmosphere is increasing continuously. In eastern Uttar Pradesh, especially in Gorakhpur and its adjoining areas, there has been a continuous drop in temperature for a few days. As a result, the effect of cold has risen.

Meteorologists told that this trend will continue and due to this, more cold weather is expected in the days to come.

The morning of Wednesday was in the grip of light fog. Today the minimum temperature is expected to remain at 14 degree Celsius, while the maximum temperature may remain at 27 degree Celsius. There is no chance of rain. While there will be light fog in the morning.

On Tuesday, the maximum temperature of the district was recorded at 27.5 and the minimum temperature was 14.3 degree Celsius. Humidity was 60.

IMD meteorologist Prof Shambhu Sharan apprised that this time the cold is expected to be more. Temperatures are being seen below normal in almost all the districts of East Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, low and average cold has started in some places from now on. There is no chance of rain in few days.
