UP Govt providing free coaching for UPSC exams to needy

Lucknow, June 26: The Yogi government has decided to enrol financially deprived students aspiring to civil services in top coaching institutes in Lucknow, Prayagraj, and Delhi.

The social welfare department would cover the costs of coaching and learning materials up to Rs 45,000. Another Rs 10,000 will be provided for living expenses.

Rakesh Kumar, Director of Social Welfare, stated that this benefit is only available to students who have passed the civil services preliminary exam. All interested students can apply until July 5 by downloading the form online or picking up a physical copy from the office.

He apprised, students can also apply to the social welfare department’s run coaching institutions. The government gives free classes, housing, and food.

SC/ST and OBC students can apply for the CSM Research and Training Center in Lucknow, the Sant Ravidas IAS-PCS Coaching Center in Varanasi, the Dr. BR Ambedkar Training Center in Agra and Aligarh, and the Judicial Services Coaching Center in Prayagraj. Adarsh ​​Coaching Centre, Lucknow is looking for female applicants from similar backgrounds.

Students from the SC community can also apply for the Government IAS-PCS Coaching Center in Hapur.
