Temperature set to dip in UP from Friday

Lucknow, 10 November: The Meteorological Department sees temperatures decreasing in Uttar Pradesh due to western disturbances.

The affect of the western disturbance will start showing from Friday with temperatures dipping, according to the meteorologists.

The maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 30.1 degree Celsius.The minimum temperature was 19.1, which was 4.7 degrees Celsius above normal.

According to Atul Kumar Singh, Senior Scientist of the Meteorological Center at Amausi, due to the active western disturbance, there was a drizzle in the western areas of the state on Wednesday. There was light rain in and around Lucknow as well.
