‘Super 30’ tax free in Haryana too, Hrithik Roshan thanked Chief Minister Khattar

New Delhi , Aug 3 : A day after the Haryana government declared the film ‘Super 30 ‘ tax-free on behalf of the Haryana government, Hrithik Roshan has tweeted, thanking the Chief Minister of the state Manohar Lal Khattar.

The actor tweeted, “Thank you Mr. Khattar for your support and encouragement in our effort to inspire the youth and promote the importance of education.”

The film has already been tax-free in seven states including Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, New Delhi, Maharashtra and Jammu and Kashmir.

Super 30 released on July 12, is based on the life of Anand Kumar. Super 30 is based on the life of renowned mathematician Anand Kumar, who coaches students from economically weak background every year to crack the entrance exams for IIT. The film has been directed by Vikas Bahl. Super 30 has been made tax-free in several states.

Super 30 is Directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Reliance Entertainment and Phantom Films, the film also stars Mrinal Thakur, Amit Sadh, and Nandish Sandhu in lead roles.

With mixed response, the film performed well in its opening weekend and crossed the Rs 130 crore mark at the domestic box office, which was recorded on Friday (2 August). The film has turned out to be one of the most successful films of 2019. According to trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh,  Super 30 has crossed  5 million dollar internationally in 21 days. The film has raked in  5.028 dollar million from USA, Canada, UAE and Gulf countries.
