Lucknow, 27 January: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said that five more Sainik schools will be started in Uttar Pradesh by the next year while felicitating and distributing tablets to 1698 meritorious students who came out with flying colours in high school and intermediate examinations. He also distributed the book Exam Warriors for stress-free exams written by PM Narendra Modi to the students.

CM Yogi attended the ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ program at Sainik School in Sarojini Nagar on Friday. He inaugurated Vidya Samiksha Kendra under Nipun Bharat Mission.

While speaking, he said that when there is a founder like Jagdish Gandhi, then the pressure of studies on the children will increase. As a result, they go into depression. One should never study under stress.

CM said that in 1960 the country’s first Sainik School was established by the then CM Dr Sampurnanand ji in Lucknow. It is also the first Sainik School in the country where girls also get admission. Five Sainik Schools in UP will be started by next year.

On this occasion, Minister of State for Secondary Education (Independent Charge) Gulab Devi, and Minister of State for Basic Education (Independent Charge) Sandeep Singh were present.

He said we have taken up the program of distribution of tablet-smartphones to 2 crore students so that students do not face any problems while getting their degrees. So far, this facility has been made available to more than 20 lakh students.

Guiding them, CM said, “Take the exams as routine work and prepare yourself to be stress-free during exams. It is a good thing to get good marks in the examination, but no child should be forced for this because the child who has the potential of physical and intellectual development will give the result.”
