Gorakhpur, April 06: On the foundation day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath hoisted the party flag on the roof of the Hindu Sevashram Bhawan located in the Gorakhnath Temple premises.
On this occasion, he took a selfie with party officials in front of the flag and extended greetings and best wishes to everyone on the foundation day.
In a social media message, the Chief Minister said that the BJP’s development journey is not about power, but about culture. It is not about expansion, but about thought. It has accomplished the resolve of ‘Rashtraodaya from Antyodaya’.
On the foundation day of the BJP, through a post on the social media platform X, CM Yogi said, “Heartiest congratulations to all the dedicated workers on the foundation day of the world’s largest political party, the Bharatiya Janata Party.” The BJP is not merely a political structure, but a vibrant tradition of thought, nourished by the lofty democratic ideals and virtuous Sanatan values of revered Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, and Bharat Ratna, revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This nationalist family, imbued with the spirit of nation first, has today become a towering banyan tree, constantly empowering the hopes and aspirations of 1.45 billion countrymen with a commitment to service, culture, and dedication.
Present at the unfurling of the party flag at the Gorakhnath Temple complex were MP Ravi Kishan Shukla, Mayor Dr. Manglesh Srivastava, BJP State Vice President and MLC Dr. Dharmendra Singh, MLAs Vipin Singh and Pradeep Shukla, Municipal Corporation Deputy Chairman Pawan Tripathi, Metropolitan Coordinator Rajesh Gupta, Councilor Durgesh Bajaj, Block Chief Brijesh Yadav of Jungle Kaudiya, Block Chief Representative Sanjay Singh of Bharohia, and numerous party workers.
