Lucknow, 17 January: After the corona vaccination campaign was successfully launched on Saturday, its next anti-coronavirus vaccination drive will now be held on January 22.

However, remaining medical staff will be vaccinated in this. Yesterday, out of total 31,700 registered people at 317 locations in the state, 22,643 doctors-health workers were given the first dose of vaccine, which is 71 percent of the registered people. At the same time, the second dose of the vaccine will be given on February 15.

Additional Chief Secretary, Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad told on Sunday that after this, vaccination work will be done two days in every week.

He said that on January 22, complete preparations are being made. The vaccine is available in sufficient numbers. A list of people who will be vaccinated in the session is being made.

The Co-Win portal has been specially created for this. An SMS is sent to this portal as soon as the beneficiary is selected. In this, the date and place of vaccination is given. Health workers will be vaccinated on January 22 too. When the medical staffs get vaccinated, then they will start the vaccination of the frontline workers.

Additional Chief Secretary, Medical and Health informed that 404 new cases of infection have been reported in the state in the last twenty four hours. Meanwhile, 666 patients were discharged after treatment. The number of active cases in the state has now come down to 8,881. At the same time, the recovery rate has increased to 97.07 percent.

So far, 3,210 of the total infected patients are in home isolation. A total of 3, 49,456 people have opted for home isolation so far, out of which 3, 46,246 have been discharged at the end of their treatment time.

On the other hand, 1, 28,073 corona samples were tested in various laboratories across the state yesterday.

At the same time, a total of 2, 62, 14,964 corona tests have been done. With this, a total of 5, 79,071 people have been cured and discharged from treatment after getting infected. A total of 8,576 people have died from Corona so far. 06 people have died in the last 24 hours.

So far, 15,20,60,964 persons from 3,12,88,971 households have been surveyed through 5,07,218 team days in 1,83,141 regions through surveillance teams in the state.

He informed that 4,693 people have taken medical advice in twenty four hours through e-Sanjeevani in the state. At the same time, more than four lakh people have taken medical advice using this facility.

Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health said that the campaign to make Golden Card of Ayushman India was conducted from December 15, 2020 till January 15 of this month. 10, 36,684 new golden cards were created during the campaign. During this campaign, 3, 77,000 such families got the benefit of Golden Card, which did not have a single Golden Card in their house.

No change in order of vaccination

Additional Chief Secretary Information Navneet Sehgal said that there should be no confusion about vaccination. Vaccine is being given to the health workers first. According to the guidelines and order issued by the Government of India, the work of anti-Covid vaccination is being conducted. No change of any kind will be made in it. Under the direction of the Chief Minister, the state government’s plan to control covid infection is proving effective.

He told that now the infection is decreasing in the state, yet tests of Corona are not being done below 1, 25,000.
