Pravin Togadia likely to fight Lok Sabha election from Varanasi seat

Lucknow: Former International President of the Vishva Hindu Parishad [ VHP] and founder of the new political party Hindusthan Nirman Dal [ HND] , Pravin Togadia on Tuesday signalled to contest forthcoming Lok Sabha elections from pretigious Varanasi seat , represented by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Speaking to the mediapersons after releasing  the first list of 38 Lok Sabha candidates including 16 from Uttar Pradesh, Togadia said that his supporters and friends wanted him to fight Lok Sabha election from Varanasi seat. “ The final decsion for contesting the election from Varanasi seat will be taken in the days to come” Togadia said.

HND chief told reporters that his party would field more than 100 candidates across the 12 states in the country.

He announced that Amrishbhai Patel will fight Lok Sabha election from Gandhinagar seat from where BJP’s national president Amit Shah is in fray.

Apart from this, Togadia also declared the names of candidates for 5 seats in Odisha , 7 in Assam, 1 Haryana and 9 Gujarat.

Once a friend now a foe of Narendra Modi, Pravin Togadia opened an all-out attack on the Modi government of cheating the country in the name of development.

He said, “ Those who came to power through our relentless hard work have made false promises with the nation. Unke Ram bhi chunavi Ram hai , Unka Rastravad bhi chunavi Rastravad hai.[ Building of Ram temple in Ayodhya and nationalism are just an election gimmick for BJP].

The Doctor turned politician, Togadia continued his attack on Modi, “ Even Modi’s chaiwala and now chowkidar is his election stunt, he said.

“We pledge to construct Ram temple in Ayodhya and also will bring reforms in economy so that people of the country can afford house , good health , better education for their children” Togadia said.

He said that we will bring law in the constitution for couples who have children more than two.
