Noida, April 12: A Noida woman lodged a complaint at Dadri police station against her husband, accusing him of making her obscene photos viral on social media, marrying again without divorcing her, and subjecting her to cruelty—prompting her to file a divorce case in court.
The station house officer (SHO) of the Dadri police station, Jitendra Kumar Singh, stated that a woman filed a report at the police station on Sunday, stating that she was married to a man named Vimal Kochhar. He concealed the truth that he was already married, but he had not obtained a divorce from his first wife in court.
The SHO further added that according to the woman, he began to be cruel to her from the time of their marriage. According to the woman, the accused has circulated her nude and semi-nude photos on social media, tarnishing her image. The woman has urged the police to take the strongest possible action against the accused and remove her photos from social media.
The station in-charge stated that the police have registered a report of the incident and are investigating the matter.
