Addressing a rally, Mayawati said, “ There is no difference between Congress and The BJP, Both the parties are involved in corruption whenever they are in power at center or states. They have done nothing for the poor of country except to allure them by their false promises which they never fulfill”.

Continuing her scathing attack, BSP chief accused Congress and the BJP for misusing the power of Enforcement Directorate[ED] and the Central Bureau of Investigation[CBI] to malign the clean images of leaders of other political parties.

She further added, “ Decision of implementing GST and demonetization was taken in hurry by the Modi government resulting in increasing in poverty and unemployment in the country. Also, the middle class families and small traders were the worst hit by the GST and Demonetization”.

BSP promised that if the mahagathbanthan forms government at the center, they will not deposit 6000 Rs in the account of BPL families as promised by Congress Party in its manifesto, rather we will ensure permanent job for weaker section of the society in government and private sector.

Mayawati’s nephew Akash Anand was too present in the rally today.

Supporters of BSP claimed that if mahagathbandhan forms the government at the center, Mayawati will become the Prime Minister of the country.
