Lucknow, November 14: Utma Agarwal, who was posted as Media Manager and HOD at Shine City Infra Private Limited Company, was arrested by Gomti Nagar police on Thursday in the fraud case near R Square building in Vipul Khand. Utma is accused of fraudulently selling the land. Utma Agarwal was working as HOD in the company.
A complaint was received against Utma Aggarwal, a member of the management committee of Sine City, at Gomti Nagar police station for a few days. After which a police team of the police station was constantly looking for Utma. However, she was arrested based on the information received from the informer today.
After the arrest of Utma Aggarwal, her involvement in several cases has been revealed in her interrogation. She is accused of selling plots, cheating and illegally grabbing money. In which further action will be taken against Utma Agarwal of investigating the cases registered.
Munna, an officer of Shine City Infra Private Company, said that the management committee is planning to return whatever the company had received in the name of the plot from buyers in the past. Utma was also working in the management committee, who has been arrested.
At the Gomti Nagar police station, Inspector-in-charge Amit Kumar Dubey told that she is being sent to court in cases registered against Utma. Against it, it has been found to grab the money invested by people in association with their partner and sell the plot by deception.
He said that 12 cases have been registered against Utma Aggarwal. All of which are written in the Gomti Nagar police station itself. Action is being taken against Utma in all these cases. Head Constable Namita Bajpai is going to court with her.
