Jailed conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar writes letter to the central govt, offering to donate 30 cr to poor girls on Raksha Bandhan

New Delhi, 29 August: Sukesh Chandrasekhar, lodged in Delhi’s Mandoli Jail in connection with the Rs 200 crore fraud, has written a letter to the union Education Minister and the union Minister for Women and Child Development.

In this letter, he talks about donating Rs 30 crore for poor girls on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

In a three-page letter, Sukesh has requested both ministries that, on the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan, he wants to give a donation of Rs 30 crore to tribal, poor, and disabled sisters through the government.

Along with this, he has also written that the Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao movements are going on under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is a matter of great pride. Being a responsible citizen of the country, he wants to do something for the girl child of the country.

Sukesh has written in his letter that he wants to give a small help of Rs 30 crore as a scholarship to the girls of the weaker section of society, and his team will send this fund to the government through a demand draft. These donations will be given to both of these departments of the government through different institutions and NGOs.

Along with this, he has also written in the letter that this is a very small cooperation. He has talked about helping the government more in the coming times and has sent Rakshabandhan wishes to all the girls in the
last part of the letter.
