New Delhi, March 11: The Government of India (GOI) has ordered a High Level Court of Inquiry to investigate the accidental missile firing on March 9 due to a technical fault during routine maintenance. Pakistan had claimed that a missile fired by India had fallen in its Punjab province.

Taking serious note of this, the Defense Ministry has said that while this incident is very regrettable, it is also a matter of relief that there was no loss of life in this accident.
