India is new hope for global startup space: Modi

Delhi, March 20: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that if India has emerged today as a new hope, a new power for the global startup space, then there has been a well-thought-out vision behind it. The Prime Minister said this at the Startup Mahakumbh on Wednesday. It has been organized at Bharat Mandapam located at Pragati Maidan in the national capital.

He said that India has taken the right decisions at the right time and was work started on startups at the right time. Many people launched startups, but in politics, this happens a lot and has to be launched again and again.

Prime Minister Modi said that the difference between you and them is that you people are experimental, if one is not launched then you immediately move to the other.

Modi said that today when the country is working on the roadmap for a developed India of 2047, “I feel that this Startup Mahakumbh has great importance. Over the past decades, we have seen how India has left its mark in the IT and software sector. Now we are seeing the trend of innovation and startup culture continuously increasing in India.”
