Health Ministry issues advisory in view of Coronavirus outbreak in China

New Delhi, January 17: In view of reports of outbreak of Coronavirus (CoV)in China, the Union Health Ministry has issued a travel advisory. Instructions have been issued to the citizens to take some precautionary measures in the advisory. This virus is causing respiratory problems.

The consultation issued by the Union Health Ministry states that the situation is not yet clear about the outbreak of the CoV, but those traveling to China are advised to avoid traveling to farms, animal markets or where slaughterhouses are situated . Take special care of cleanliness and seek medical advice on the symptoms of colds.

It has been said in the consultation that those who have returned from China in the middle of one month must do a medical examination. Let us informed you that till January 11, 2020, 41 cases of coronavirus have been reported. One of them has died. Two travelers from China in Thailand and Japan were also found to be suffering from CoV.
