Corona phobia: ICC annual meeting to be held through video conference due to COVID-19

Dubai, March 13: The International Cricket Council (ICC) annual meeting due to novel corona virus disease (COVID-19) will now be held via video conference. However, this meeting is to be held in Dubai from March 26 to 29.

Some important issues will be discussed in the meeting. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, it will now have a full meeting in May. The meeting is expected to start with the bidding process for global competitions in the Future Tour Program (FTP) from 2023 to 2031.

It is noteworthy that the corona virus has spread to 124 countries all over the world. Death has also occurred due to this disease in 32 countries. So far a total of 126414 people have been affected by this, in which 4635 people have died. 68313 patients have been cured.

At the same time 53466 people are sick and the number of people infected with Corona virus in India has increased to 73.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that Kerala, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh have reported the highest number of cases.

In total 73 cases in India, 56 are Indian nationals, while 17 are foreigners. The World Health Organization has termed corona virus a pandemic.
