Gorakhpur 14 August: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed Rudrabhishek at Gorakhnath temple on Monday.
The Chief Minister prayed to Lord Shiva to fulfill the wishes of the common man, society and the nation.
The Yogi’s Rudrabhishek ritual began with worshiping Lord Ganesha. During this, the entire temple complex reverberated with the chanting of Vedic mantras. Gorakshpeethadhishwar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath worshiped public welfare with this ritual that took place on Monday morning of Shravan month.
During this, the yogis and priests associated with the temple kept chanting mantras around him.
