Lucknow, October 03: If everything goes well then the Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP) will be merged with the Samajwadi Party (SP) by Diwali.

However, three rounds of talks have been held between Akhilesh Yadav and his uncle Shivpal Yadav.

A final draft has been prepared to implement the merger of the two parties, now both of them are waiting for the auspicious day.

There is also enthusiasm among party officials about this, but no one is willing to speak on this issue.

According to highly placed sources of Samajwadi Party, its mediation is being done by Mulayam Singh Yadav himself after that, Shivpal Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav have met three times here.

Shivpal Yadav says that his people should be accommodated.

Shivpal Yadav has confirmed many times in this regard that he is ready to make any sacrifice to save the party. Therefore, his indication is crystal-clear that his party will merger with SP.

On the other hand, SP officials say that everything has been finalized so far. Despite this, Akhilesh sometimes raises doubts due to Yadav’s many times silence. So far they too are ready for this. If their intention does not change in future, then merger of the two parties around Deepawali is possible.

In this regard, Akhilesh Yadav has also agreed to accommodate all the workers of PSP.

Political analysts believe that if Shivpal Yadav merges his party with the SP, then SP will definitely be in a strong position in the coming assembly elections.

However, there is a hurdle in Ram Gopal Yadav, who would not like to take Shivpal Yadav along. He played an important role in separating uncle and nephew from each other.

According to sources, the draft between the two is currently ready. Now the officials are just waiting for the merger soon.
