Breaking: UP conversion case: Gujarat ATS arrests funder Salauddin Sheikh from Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, June 30: In the case of forcibly religious conversion registered in Uttar Pradesh, major action has been taken in Ahmedabad with the help of Gujarat Anti Terrorists Squad (ATS) and UP ATS.

As per the information, the Gujarat ATS has arrested a person named Salauddin Sheikh from Ahmedabad. Salauddin Sheikh has been accused of funding the conversion racket in Uttar Pradesh. At present, shocking information has come out from the entire matter.

However, investigation has revealed that the accused had sent money through hawala thrice to other states including Uttar Pradesh. Not only this, the accused is running his NGO in Vadodara, Gujarat. He was getting foreign funding in not one but two NGOs.

Talking about the whole incident, a complaint was lodged against many people including Mohammad Umar Gautam, mastermind of the religious conversion. These people are accused of converting religion by giving other greed including money. Those who were converted are predominantly deaf and targeted more women.

In this, Umar Gautam was a Hindu first, but years ago he converted to Islam. In this case, where many questions have been raised regarding the Gujarat connection, who is involved in this gang except Salauddin, it will be investigated.

Conversion in Uttar Pradesh is now coming to the fore with new revelations every day. In the cases of conversion taking place in UP and other states, the connection of foreign mastermind with foreign funding is coming to the fore.

UP ATS has so far arrested 5 people in the case of conversion of Hindus. Earlier, Umar Gautam, arrested from Lucknow, was linked to Bilal Philip, the international mastermind of Qatar’s biggest convert. Bilal Philip has been an aide of India’s most wanted controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik.
