Amid rising of coronavirus cases, UP to improve recovery rate

Lucknow, July 28: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed to improve the recovery rate of patients further due to the increasing infection of corona in the state.

He has said that medical testing of elderly, children, pregnant women, sick and vulnerable persons should be done on priority.

One lakh tests should be done daily through rapid antigen

The Chief Minister was reviewing the unlock system at a high level meeting at his government residence here on Tuesday.

While giving instructions to increase the number of testing in the state continuously, he said that corona infection can be controlled by taking maximum medical tests.

CM said that 1 lakh tests per day should be done through rapid antigen test, 40 to 45 thousand tests per day through RTPCR and 2,500 to 3,000 tests per day using TrueNat machine.

Perform health-related arrangements by doing micro-analysis

The Chief Minister said that the Director General, Health and Director General, Medical Education Hospitals and Medical Colleges should ensure all the arrangements as per the protocol of Covid-19. For this, both the officials should conduct a strong health-related examination by doing micro-analysis.

Yogi has directed the Director General, Health to have regular communication with the Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) of each district and the Director General, Medical Education, with the principal of each medical college.

Oxygen backup to be kept for 48 hours

The Chief Minister said that along with the smooth arrangement of oxygen in Covid hospitals, 48 โ€‹โ€‹hours of oxygen backup should be kept. Arrangement of oxygen should be ensured at all beds of L-2 and L-3 Covid hospitals. Specialist doctors are available in L-2 Covid clinics.

He stressed the adequate availability of medicines in Covid and Non-Covid hospitals, saying that treatment should not be affected due to lack of medicine.

Proper disposal of waste should also be done

The Chief Minister said that cleanliness, sanitization and fagging work have a useful role in the control of Covid-19 and communicable diseases. Therefore, all these operations should be conducted effectively and effectively monitored. Proper disposal of waste should also be done during sanitation work.

The Chief Minister said that no effective drug or vaccine has been developed so far for the global pandemic Covid-19. Prevention from this disease is its treatment. In such a situation, it is necessary that doctors and researchers try to develop an effective treatment method by deeply studying the case history of successfully treated patients in the state.

Accelerate the employment of skilled workers

The Chief Minister said that skill mapping of workers who have come to the state has been done. In view of this, the process of providing employment in accordance with the efficiency of the returnees should be expedited. District service offices of the districts should be activated to provide help in this work. Effective action should be taken to benefit street vendors through the special economic package announced by the Prime Minister.

He has emphasized to work in a phased manner for self-reliant Uttar Pradesh.
