Lucknow, 01 November: The Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav will not contest the assembly elections of UP-2022.

On Monday, he announced this during a conversation with a private channel. He has been a member of the Legislative Council even before this and it has become clear from today’s statement that he will become a member only through the Legislative Council.

Right now he is putting full emphasis on getting power and do not want to spend their time in any one assembly till the whole election. At the same time, he said about his uncle Shivpal that he would get his blessings.

Akhilesh Yadav is currently a Lok Sabha member from Azamgarh. At present, the main opposition role is the Samajwadi Party. Akhilesh Yadav is feeling this time that his own government will be formed in the state. Because of this, he doesnโ€™t want to leave any stone unturned in any way.

In this episode, his announcement of not contesting the election is being seen. At present, he is putting all his efforts to energize the SP workers.

It is believed that soon Akhilesh Yadav’s alliance with his uncle Shivpal Yadav’s party or his entire party will merge with the SP.
