He said that the miscreant killed in the encounter is Bablu Patla alias Sajid resident of Kotwali area of ​​Kasai Tola police station in Kannauj district. He was wanted for a long time. He was wanted in dozens of cases of murder, robbery and robbery in addition to the triple murder case of Pratapgarh city. Sajid was a member of the Kaccha-Baniyain gang. The encounter took place under the Chauharjan bridge in Raniganj police station area. He was present with his teammates. The miscreants opened fire on the police’s defiance. Sajid was shot by retaliation. He was taken to the hospital. He was declared dead by doctors.

He said that Sajid was involved in the dacoity in 2003 in Pratapgarh. The dacoits killed three family members at the time of the incident. In this case, three criminals were sentenced to death in 2007. In the same case, a reward of Rs 50,000 was declared on Sajid. He was wanted in connection with the robberies and murder of Kanpur and Meerut. Once he had escaped from police custody from Saharanpur. A factory-made gun, a pistol, a pistol and a large quantity of cartridges were recovered from the spot.
