UPMRC to organize collection camps to provide clothes to the needy on Jan 6

Lucknow, Jan 04: Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) will organize a collection camps at th Munshi Pulia station, Alambagh Metro Station and at administrative building of Metro situated at Gomti Nagar on January 6 to dole out clothes to the needy in cold weather.

Pushpa Bellani, public relations officer of Lucknow Metro, said on Saturday that a collection camp will be held on January 6 at Munshi Pulia, Alambagh metro station and the administrative building of Metro, Gomti Nagar, to store clothes for the needy during the severe cold weather. In this collection camp, anyone can donate clothes. Donations can be donated from 10 am to 04 pm in the consort area of โ€‹โ€‹Munshi Pulia, Alambagh metro stations and in the reception area of โ€‹โ€‹the administrative building.

He told that dirty, dirty and torn clothes will not be taken in the collection camp. UPMRC is a non-profit organization that is organizing this collection camp in association with ‘Robinhood Army’. This organization basically works to meet the food needs of the needy. Lucknow Metro has already set up a clothing collection camp for the needy.
