Two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists Abdul Latif and Ashraf Khatana arrested by Delhi Police’s special cell

New Delhi, 17 November: Delhi Police’s Special Cell has arrested two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists late night, foiling the big terror attack in the capital Delhi.

The team of Special Cell got input about these two terrorists. After this, a trap was put to nab both the terrorists. At 10.15 pm on Monday night, the two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were caught near Millennium Park in Seraikale Khan.

Two semi-automatic pistols and 10 live cartridges have also been recovered from their possession.

Both these militants have been identified as Abdul Latif, a resident of Sopore in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir and Mohammad Ashraf Khatana, a resident of Hut Mulla village in Kupwara district. Police is taking further action.

According to police sources, there was a conspiracy to carry out the blasts at various places in Delhi. Both the terrorists were acting at the behest of the handlers present in Pakistan.

The numbers of Pakistan are also found active in the WhatsApp group found in their mobiles. Also, their Deoband connection has also been confirmed.

However, an inquiries about their handlers in abroad and terrorist networks in other states of India are continuing.
