Mumbai, 29 March: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Chandrakant Patil has claimed that the impact of the meeting of Amit Shah and Sharad Pawar will be seen by the people very soon. He said that something new will be seen in the state very soon.

Chandrakant Patil told reporters in Pune that Sharad Pawar had met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Gujarat along with NCP leader Praful Patel. Amit Shah himself has confirmed this meeting and said that everything that happened in the meeting cannot be made public.

Patil said that the BJP’s state unit will follow the instructions given by Amit Shah. Patil also said that everything is not going well in the three partners of Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA). Therefore, something new is going to be seen in the state very soon.

However, NCP spokesman Nawab Malik has rejected the meeting. Nawab Malik said that the BJP is only spreading such rumours, while there is no truth in it. However, an NCP leader said that industrialist Gautam Adani’s family had a wedding on May 27. Amit Shah, Sharad Pawar and Praful Patel came to Ahmedabad on March 26 to attend in the same wedding program. The meeting of these three leaders was held at a farmhouse in Ahmedabad.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena spokesman Sanjay Raut said that this meeting is being discussed spontaneously. Amit Shah is a Union Minister; anyone can meet him in private. Therefore, this meeting should not be discussed.

Raut said that there is no disagreement of any kind in the MVA government in Maharashtra. The three allies of Mahavikas Aghadi are running a better government by mutual coordination.
