After Sheezan’s police custody ended today, the police team produced him in the Vasai court. Police told the court that Sheezan had slapped Tunisha and used to forced her to wear hijab also. Since both the victim and the accused belong to different religions, further custody is required for his interrogation, the accused is changing his statement again and again.

The police want to investigate all these angles, so there is a need to extend Sheezan’s police custody. After hearing the arguments of the police, the court issued an order to extend the police custody of accused Sheezan by two days.

Sheezan’s lawyer said that till now the police have not found any evidence against Sheezan in the investigation. All the allegations leveled by Tunisha’s mother have proved to be baseless. The lawyer said that Sheezan will be proved innocent, he is confident of it.
