Reliance Jio’s 5G service starts in Delhi-NCR as well

New Delhi, 18 November: Reliance Jio has started 5G service in all areas of NCR including Delhi. According to the company, Jio’s 5G service will be available in all areas of Delhi-NCR including Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and other major cities.

Earlier, Jio had successfully launched 5G services in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Jio, a subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited, said in a statement released on Friday that it is rapidly rolling out its advanced 5G network. According to the company, it covers all major parts of the National Capital Region. According to the statement, 5G network will now be easily available in all hospitals, universities, government buildings, malls, markets and other places in Delhi.

According to the company, Jio has developed its 5G technology in such a way that it is not dependent on the existing 4G service at all. Lakhs of Jio users in Delhi are already using Jio True 5G service. After the launch of 5G service in the Delhi-NCR region, Jio users will start getting Jio Welcome Offer invites. Under this offer, consumers will get unlimited 5G data and speed up to 1 Gbps, for which they will not have to pay any cost.

Reliance Jio spokesperson said on the occasion that it is a matter of pride for us to cover most parts of Delhi-NCR. Jio is rapidly expanding its True 5G service. It has already been rolled out in a large part of the region. Earlier this week, Reliance announced the launch of its 5G services in most parts of Kolkata by December this year. With this, the work of rolling out 5G service will be completely completed by June 2023.
