The release date of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s film ‘Brahmastra’ has been pushed forward. Ayan Mukerji’s fantasy action film ‘Brahmastra’ will no longer be released next summer. The film has been postponed until the winter of 2020. Ayan and Karan now want the film to be released in the end of 2020. According to the news, the film’s visual effects (VFX) work has not been completed. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in the lead role in addition to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

The shooting of the film is still going on in Manali. Ranbir is in the final stages of a shoot with Alia and Big B and is currently filming for climax scenes in Manali. After Himachal, the team will go to Varanasi to shoot a song. VFX will be worked after the shoot is over.

A major part of VFX is still pending, which shot with Shah Rukh Khan in a studio in Mumbai. The company, which works on visual effects, has informed the producers that they will not be able to produce the film till summer due to complexity in visual effects.

However, no official announcement has been made about the release date of the film. The film ‘Brahmastra’ directed by Ayan Mukherjee stars Ranbir as Shiva. The film is being produced by Karan Johar’s company Dharma Productions. ‘Brahmastra’ is a supernatural romantic story.
