Noida Film City to be developed according to international standards: Yogi Adityanath

So, filmmakers can get all facilities in one place.

Presentation was showed to the Chief Minister regarding the Noida Film City.

Lucknow, 01 March: A presentation was showcased in front of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in connection with the Noida Film City (NFC) being developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YIDA) at his official residence on Monday.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the Film City being set up in Noida should be developed in PPP mode as per international standards so that all the facilities can be provided to the filmmakers at one place.

During the presentation, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YIDA, Arunvir Singh, made the Chief Minister aware of the draft Feasibility Study of Film City. He informed the Chief Minister about the present form of media and entertainment industry, film production, distribution and marketing, exhibition etc.

He also apprised the expectations of representatives of studio operators, actors, advertising agencies, assessment parks, film associations, film schools, news channels, news papers and production houses.

He also informed about filming facilities, value added components, interaction with stake holders etc. related to Film City.

The Chief Minister directed the concerned officials to develop this film city in a hurry to meet the expectations of the filmmakers.

Yogi hoped and added that due to its development, large-scale investment will come in the state and employment will be created.
