Night curfew relaxed in Uttar Pradesh, markets to open till late night

Lucknow, 7th September: In view of the controlled situation of coronavirus infection, the Yogi government has announced to relax the night curfew in the state.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in the Team-9 meeting on Tuesday that in view of the controlled situation of Covid, the night curfew should be effective from 11 pm to 6 am. All shops/markets should be closed by 11 am. People should not roam the streets unnecessarily.

Covid cases are once again increasing rapidly in various states. We have to be careful. Additional conditions have to be taken. It is very important to strictly follow the covid protocol. This decision of the government will give special convenience to the traders.

The Chief Minister said that the process of vaccination is going on fast in the state to protect against Covid-19. According to the guidelines of the Government of India, 45 percent of the people who are eligible for vaccination have received the first dose of the vaccine. Last day the state made two new records.

The CM said that in the last 24 hours, 33 lakh 42 thousand 360 people have been vaccinated. This is the highest number of Covid vaccinations done in a single day in a state. With this, the Covid vaccination has exceeded eight crore eight lakh in the state. This is the highest number of vaccinations done in a single state.

Yogi said that this process needs to be further accelerated. Continuous contact should be maintained with the Government of India for the availability of the vaccine.

Chief Minister Yogi said that due to continuous efforts, life is fast returning to normal amidst effective control over the second wave of corona. Today 28 districts of the state are Aligarh, Amroha, Baghpat, Ballia, Balrampur, Banda, Basti, Bahraich, Bhadohi, Bijnor, Chitrakoot, Deoria, Fatehpur, Ghazipur, Gonda, Hamirpur, Hapur, Hardoi, Hathras, Kaushambi, Lalitpur, Mahoba, Muzaffarnagar. , Pilibhit, Rampur, Shamli, Sitapur, Sonbhadra) does not have a single patient of Kovid. These districts are free from Covid infection today. On an average, more than 2.5 lakh tests are being done every day, while the positivity rate has come down to less than 0.01 percent and the recovery rate is 98.7 percent.

In the testing of one lakh 82 thousand 624 samples done in the last 24 hours, not a single new case of infection was found in 59 districts. Patients were found in unit digit in 16 districts. At present, the number of active Covid cases in the state has come down to 227.

The Chief Minister said that it is time to exercise caution and caution. A little carelessness can become a factor in increasing the infection.

The Chief Minister said that the mantra of tracing, testing and quick treatment is yielding good results. So far seven crore 38 lakh 21 thousand 487 Kovid samples have been investigated. In the last 24 hours, 22 new patients were confirmed in the testing. In the same period, 20 patients were healthy and discharged. So far, 16 lakh 86 thousand 389 residents of the state have become healthy after getting free from corona infection. To further improve this situation, all necessary arrangements should be made in accordance with the policy of trace, test and treat.

Arrangements should be made to stop viral

The Chief Minister has directed that all necessary arrangements should be made for the prevention of dengue and other viral diseases in Firozabad, Mathura, Agra as well as in all the districts.

He said that surveillance needs to be improved further. Medicine kit distribution should be started. A 100-bed hospital has been ready in Shikohabad. It will be useful to the people around. Arrangements have been made for additional beds, doctors, paramedical staff, medicines, testing equipment etc. in the hospitals. It should be increased further as required. In order to keep the spread of infection to a minimum, do not admit unnecessary people in the OPDs/IPDs of hospitals. Health updates should be given from time to time to the relatives of the patient. Patients, relatives should also be contacted through CM Helpline.

Chief Minister Yogi said that the state government is determined to establish at least one medical college each in all 75 districts. With continuous efforts, at least one medical college is becoming functional in 59 districts of the state. Medical colleges will be set up on PPP model for the remaining 16 districts. Government policy has been prepared in this regard. Other formalities in this direction should be completed expeditiously.

Disabled players will be honoured

Yogi government is going to organize an honour to promote specially abled players, all the specially abled players of the state will be invited in this honour ceremony.

Chief Minister Yogi said in the team 9 meeting that the sports talents of Uttar Pradesh performed brilliantly in Tokyo Paralympics. Tax has made the country proud. This achievement is unique. Along with the medal winners of Uttar Pradesh, all the participants should be publicly felicitated. Divyang sports talents from all 75 districts should be invited in this program. This will prove to be an inspiration to them. A detailed action plan should be prepared in this regard.
