Mulayam Singh Yadav gets a big shock, Yogi government vacated Lohia Trust

Lucknow,Sep 14:  After the Supreme Court order, the Yogi government on Saturday evacuated the Lohia Trust of the Samajwadi Party. Taking strict action, the State Property Department has taken Lohia Trust under its control.

This building of Lohia Trust was in the possession of Shivpal Yadav’s party and for the last few months its rent was being charged at the market rate. The State Property Department has taken this action on the order of the Supreme Court. Taking action, the State Property Department took Lohia Trust under tight security. 

The Lohia Trust has a statue of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia. Not even an attempt was made to save him. Retiring IAS officer SN Shukla had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, saying that Lohia Trust Bangla has been allotted in violation of the rules. Along with this, many other bungalows have also been allotted against the rule. On this, the Supreme Court had ordered the unauthorized possession bungalows of the Trust and Society to be vacated in four months.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered the government to get vacated all such government bungalows which were running on government expenditure, and government allocation was made.
