Mumbai, 06, August: In actor Sushant Singh Rajputโs suicide case, the difficulties of Riya Chakraborty are constantly increasing.
Meanwhile, actress Ria Chakraborty’s petition was heard on August 5 on which Riya’s lawyer in the court had sought exemption for her, but the top court refused to grant any exemption to Riya.
On the evening of August 5, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) also issued summons against Riya Chakraborty and called her for questioning on August 7.
However, in the midst of all this, the question was in everyone’s mind that where is Riya Chakraborty?
On July 25, an First Information Report (FIR) was lodged by the family of Sushant Singh Rajput in Patna.
After which, Riya’s lawyer was then seen outside her home on July 27. Riya was missing since then. But now Riya has returned to her Mumbai-based Prime Rose apartment. Riya is believed to have returned at the behest of her lawyer.
It is noteworthy that since July 27, Riya was hiding along with her family. Riya Chakraborty has been accused of cheating and blackmailing by Sushant’s father.
Sushant’s father, in his complaint, had said that the ED had registered a case of rigging of Rs 15 crore. On August 7, ED will interrogate Riya Chakraborty.
Apart from Riya Chakraborty, ED has also sent summons to her CA. Today, ED had questioned Sushant’s house caretaker Samuel Miranda.
Meanwhile, a flat situated at Khar area belong to Riya’s is also under the supervision of the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
At the same time, some statements of Sushant’s bank account are getting viral on various social media platforms. Most of the transactions in these statements are in the name of Riya. Money has been withdrawn from the account for Riya’s shopping and makeup.
