Following protests and allegations by family members, the First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against the station house officer (SHO) Gurusen Singh and three other police personnel.
According to the police, medical store operator Rakesh Srivastava was accused of raping a teenage girl. Police arrested him in connection with this case and brought him to the police station.
In this case, a person filed a complaint at the Ramgaon police station alleging that his acquaintance, medical store owner Rakesh Srivastava, a resident of Ramgaon, came to his house on February 22 and first molested and then raped his 10-year-old minor daughter. The Circle Officer (CO) Pawan Kumar stated on Friday that the family members and others had been pacified. Based on a complaint from the deceased’s son, Aniket Srivastava, an FIR has been registered against Station Head Gurusen Singh and other police officers, and an investigation has been initiated.
