Jhansi: BSP leader donates Rs 11 lakh for Ram temple in Ayodhya

Jhansi, 20 January: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Anuradha Sharma on Wednesday donated Rs 11 lakh towards the construction of grand Ram temple in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh.

Thus, the program was organized at the residence of BSP leader Anuradha Sharma as part of the fund collection campaign led by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for the construction of the temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.

During this time, the BSP leader felt proud giving a cheque of 11 lakh rupees for the construction of the temple.

When asked, she said that Ram belongs to all of us, not of any caste or religion.

Since January 15, all Hindu organizations including the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and the RSS are going on a fundraising drive as part of the dedication campaign for the construction of the temple of Lord Ram, which is going to be built in Ayodhya.

On this occasion, Anuradha Sharma appealed everyone to come forward by contributing in the temple construction.

She said that Lord Ram belongs to all of us. We have learned all this from the elders, knowing at the feet of the Guru.

She said that the foundation of ‘Sanatan Dharma’ rests on the four ‘Vedas’, ‘Guru Mantra’, ‘Sadhu Seva’ and ‘Gau Seva’. Lord Ram dwells in the heart of all of us.
