‘Jai Shree Ram’ slogan upsets Akhilesh Yadav, reprimands a man

Lucknow, February 15: Samajwadi Party President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday reprimanded the young man first on the shouting of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and later on Raja Dinesh Singh, an inspector of the Talagram police station at the Mahila Sabha programme in Kannauj.

Akhilesh Yadav said during his speech that a BJP leader had threatened to kill him by sending a message on his phone. My life is in danger and the message of BJP leader’s threat is saved in his mobile.

In the middle of the speech, Akhilesh Yadav reprimanded the an inspector Dinesh Singh posted in the security of the stage and said what are you doing here. How did a young man reach the stage? Give me the name of that man, then I will go from here and once tell your Superintendent of Police to talk to me.

SP President Akhilesh Yadav was giving a speech at the women’s conference, when a young man came in front of him. The young man first asked questions to Akhilesh Yadav on getting employment and then started shouting  ‘Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Ram’.

During this time, the SP workers caught him and took away from the venue of the programme. When the information of this incident reached the SP leaders sitting in Lucknow, they condemned the incident.
