Varanasi, May 18: The plaintiff filed a new petition in the court in the Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri case on Wednesday.

In the application filed in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar, the plaintiff said that the removed Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra had conducted the commission proceedings on May 6 and 7 in Gyanvapi Masjid alone. In such a situation, he should be allowed to file the survey report. The plaintiff side has demanded to order Ajay Kumar Mishra for cooperation in the report of May 6 and 7 through an application. After seeing the application, the court has sought objections on it.

The court had on Tuesday removed Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra from the proceedings of the commission. After this, Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh was ordered to present the report. When Vishal Singh sought time to present the report, the court gave time for May 19.

On the other hand, in the Gyanvapi case itself, the respondent Anjuman Intejamiya Masajid Committee side sought two days’ time to file the objection.

The court while allowing the application granted time to file the objection. In this case, plaintiff Rakhi Singh and other women litigants have demanded a survey of some places including a basement of Gyanvapi Masjid.
