Farmers’ ‘Dilli Chalo’ march begins again, traffic police issues advisory

Delhi, 21 February: Farmer leaders have rejected the central government’s proposal on MSP and farmers have once again set out to march to Delhi on Wednesday while the Delhi Police are trying not to allow them to enter the national capital.

In such a situation, it will not be easy for the farmers to penetrate the fortifications of Delhi. This will also affect the traffic movement, regarding which Delhi Traffic Police have issued an advisory urging people to leave on time to reach their destination and if possible, to use the metro.

In view of the farmers, barricades have been installed at various places in Delhi and people are also being checked.

-To go to Bahadurgarh, people can go from DSIDC via Bawana Road, Kanjhawala Chowk, Dr. Sahib Singh Verma Chowk, Ghevra, Nizampur Border, Savda Village.

To go to National Highway-44, people can use Dabur Chowk, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur Road, GT Road, Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Dasna to Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Loni to Panchlok, Mandola, Khekra.

-People going from Delhi to Ghaziabad can use Pushta Road or Patparganj Road from opposite Akshardham Temple.

-To go to Ghaziabad, people can also go via Chaudhary Charan Singh Marg, Anand Vihar or Apsara Border.
