New Delhi, Jan 23: BJP candidate Kapil Mishra from Model Town seat in Delhi Assembly Election has alleged that in the last five years, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has developed himself, not Delhi.

Mishra approached the people on the morning walk at several parks in the Model Town area on Thursday morning and appealed to vote in favor of the BJP.

He said that the people of Delhi are looking for change in this assembly election. The public is going to complete the calculation of the last five years on February 8.

Mishra attacked Kejriwal’s promises of development, saying that if Chief Minister Kejriwal feels that he will confuse the public by advertising in print and electronic media, it is his (Kejriwal) misunderstanding.

He said that the public knows well how much development has taken place in Delhi. Development means to build roads in Delhi, to improve traffic system, to build bridges, to reduce air pollution and to build new schools and colleges, but this government has not done any work. In the last five years in terms of development, it seems that Delhi has stagnated.

He lashed out at the ‘Kejriwal Guarantee Card’, saying that it was the same Kejriwal who vowed to his children that he would form an alliance with someone, but he later aligned with those same people. Then what is the guarantee? Today, even the people of Kejriwal’s party do not take any guarantee of anything about him. He asked why Kejriwal is afraid of nationalism and Hindutva? If you stop the files of Kanhaiya Kumar and Omar Khalid who shout anti-national slogans, will the Hindus remain silent? The public is watching and understanding everything.
