Lucknow, Nov 19: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s move to withdraw three agriculture laws.

He said that some farmer unions were agitating against the three agricultural laws. Today, on the auspicious day of Guruparb, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, using the language of dialogue in a democracy, has done the historic work by withdrawing all the three agricultural laws. I welcome and applaud his move for that.

Yogi said that although a large section believed that such laws can play an essential role in increasing the income of the farmers. But despite all that some farmer organizations came against it, and then the government tried to create dialogue at every level.

Yogi further said that during this it may also happen that there must have been some deficiency from our side. Maybe we have failed to convince those people somewhere. Due to which they had to move forward on the path of movement. But respecting this spirit of democracy, we welcome the decision of the state to withdraw all the three agricultural laws and constitute a committee regarding MSP. ‘I thank the Prime Minister and welcome his move.’
