Lucknow, July 26: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday launched the new portal My Sarkar (up.mygov.in) portal for communication between the government and citizens from the Chief Minister’s residence.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that following the ‘MyGov’ portal launched by Prime Minister Modi to realize the spirit of democracy through technology, the UP Government has decided to establish direct communication with the people of the state. For this ‘MyGov UP’ my government portal has been launched.

He told that more than 01 crore 85 lakh people are connected with MyGov portal. I heartily congratulate the entire team associated with this portal, which made the best use of this portal to take the schemes of the Government of India to the common people and to communicate with them.

It is worth noting that on July 26, 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the ‘MyGov’ portal. In this program of the UP government, the Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, Ashwini Vaishnav was also associated with the virtual medium.

The Chief Minister said that through the ‘MyGov UP’ portal, we will be able to know people’s suggestions, take cooperation and take forward innovation and we will be able to implement the schemes of the government better.

He said that the resolution of Antyodaya would be fulfilled only by taking the benefits of the schemes to every person standing at the last rung of the society.

Yogi said that through this portal, we will be able to know the suggestions of the people and this will help in taking the schemes of the government to the people. This portal will be known for better services. Even before this, Yogi has been holding Janata Darbar to connect directly with the public.

He said that about Uttar Pradesh people used to believe that there is nothing in Uttar Pradesh, nothing can happen here. The inflow of revenue in the state was also very less, but today the state is achieving the goal of self-reliance due to the work done by us using technology.

The Chief Minister said that today Uttar Pradesh is achieving the goal of self-reliance by going beyond the perception that there was ‘nothing can happen here’ about Uttar Pradesh. Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the state has made progress in every field. I am happy that today this portal of ‘MyGov UP’ is being launched in collaboration with the Government of India. Yogi further added that the objective of the portal is to further enhance the engagement of the common citizen with the State Government. It will be a major platform to disseminate the schemes of governance and to know the opinion of common citizens on them. The ‘MyGov Meri Sarkar’ portal will help the people of the state to communicate their views, suggestions and feedback. The ‘MyGov Meri Sarkar’ portal will become an innovative platform for public participation and good governance
