Brijbhushan Sharan Singh gets clean chit in the Posco act

New Delhi, June 15: While the Delhi Police filed its report in Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Thursday in the case of sexual harassment of a minor wrestler, it has filed a charge sheet in the Rouse Avenue Court. The Delhi Police have given a clean chit to BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh by filing a report in Patiala House Court.

Delhi Police has demanded the quashing of the charges while giving a clean chit to Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in the case registered under the POCSO Act on the complaint of a minor wrestler in the Patiala House Court.

The Delhi Police has said that no concrete evidence has been found against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in the POCSO case. The Patiala House Court will hear this application on July 4.

Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet in the Rouse Avenue Court in which charges have been made under sections 354, 354D, 354A, and 506 (1) of the Indian Penal Code.

The Delhi Police filed a charge sheet in the Rouse Avenue Court against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in connection with the sexual harassment allegations levelled by six adult female wrestlers. Rouse Avenue Court will hear this charge sheet on June 22.

In fact, the Delhi Police had registered two cases against Brij Bhushan in this matter. The first case was on the complaint of six adult female wrestlers. While a case was registered on the complaint of a minor. Two people have been accused in the charge sheet filed in Rouse Avenue Court.

Apart from Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the other accused is Vinod Tomar, former Assistant Secretary of the Wrestling Federation of India.
