Delhi, 17 February: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is currently holding a two-day national convention at Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam to strategize and secure over 370 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections scheduled to be held in April-May this year. The convention is being attended by top leaders such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP chief JP Nadda, CMs of BJP-ruled states, MPs, and other senior leaders and ministers.

During the convention, PM Modi took a tour of an exhibition showcasing the achievements of his government. In his address to the party leaders and workers, PM Modi emphasized that winning 370 seats will be a true tribute to Syama Prasad Mukherjee who fought for the scrapping of Article 370.

Sources reveal that the office bearers’ meeting may have an address by the Prime Minister himself, and cluster in-charges from Lok Sabha areas are also expected to attend.

In his closing speech, Prime Minister Modi will provide the party with a winning mantra for the Lok Sabha polls and outline plans for making the country developed by 2047. He will also highlight the achievements of the BJP so far. This national convention is an important event for the BJP as it sets the tone for their preparations and campaign for the upcoming elections.
