Lucknow, 12 September: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday pasted an attachment notice at the Lucknow house of Minhaj Ahmed, a suspected terrorist of banned terrorist organization Al Qaeda.
The NIA team, which arrived along with the District Magistrate, pasted a notice on the house located in Adnan Palli locality of Dubagga. This house is registered in the name of Minhaj’s father, mother and brother.
Sources said that Minhaj was planning an explosion using a pressure cooker bomb while staying in this house on August 15. This was revealed by Uttar Pradesh ATS after the arrest of Minhaj and Masruddin from Madiyav area on July 11, 2022. NIA is investigating this matter.
